Andjelic Land is dedicated to being Saskatchewan's preferred landlord.

With over 248,000 acres, we lease to farmers who prioritize both productivity and soil health. Our focus is on fostering strong relationships with our tenants who share our commitment to the land and its future.

Our Land Holdings

Andjelic Land owns and manages an extensive portfolio of over 248,000 acres spanning more than 100 rural municipalities across Saskatchewan and Manitoba, catering to both large and small-scale producers.

Andjelic Land is committed to sustainable land practices, soil health, and diversification across Saskatchewan, intentionally holding 40,000 acres of uncultivated green land, including pasture, native grass, wetlands, and trees. While our primary focus is on cultivated acres, we purposely preserve these natural spaces long-term to support wildlife, ecosystems, and biodiversity.

We offer robust land packages for large operations needing extensive acreage to expand or set up satellite operations, helping them mitigate local weather risks. At the same time, we support new farmers with smaller rental options, easing their entry into the industry and allowing them to build their own land base over time. Our inventory is continuously updated as we acquire new land or existing properties become available. See below for a map of our land holdings or check our “Available Farmland” page for the latest rental opportunities.

The Andjelic Advantage

Focusing on relationships that are built on trust and transparency, we offer secure, long-term leases that allow farmers to operate their businesses independently while collaborating closely to safeguard the health of our land. Our commitment to land improvements—like unwanted bush removal, enhanced grain storage and better road access—reflects our dedication to increasing efficiency and supporting our tenants. Under Robert Andjelic’s leadership, we are driving value-add in Saskatchewan, focusing on advancing farmland, empowering producers, and attracting agricultural investment to push the province forward.

Sustainability & Land Improvements

To ensure future viability, it is crucial to manage our natural resources—soil and water—sustainably. At Andjelic Land, we prioritize partnering with producers who share our commitment to long-term land health. We invest millions enhancing our farmland, focusing on high-impact projects such as improved grain storage, better road access, and increased field operation efficiency, beyond just expanding acreage.

Strong Tenant Relationships

A successful business, including a farm operation, requires a long-term vision. That’s why we offer long-term leases, enabling our tenants to plan for the future and implement effective crop rotation and nutrient programs to maintain soil health. Our tenants are among the best producers globally. At Andjelic we deeply respect our tenants and aim to be a trusted landlord who exceeds expectations through trust and transparency. We trust our tenants to steward the land responsibly and are committed to open, accessible communication.

From Local Fields to Global Impact

At Andjelic Land, we strive to enhance farmland with sustainable practices and farmer-focused solutions. Owning and managing over 248,700 acres, we preserve 40,000 acres of green space to protect biodiversity and support wildlife.

By fostering trust and long-term partnerships, we empower farmers to succeed locally and compete globally, ensuring a sustainable future for agriculture.
